Plan Maroc Vert: ADA fait une mise au point sur un programme du Pilier II - Agrimaroc
Avec un prêt de 50 millions d’euros et un don 300000 euros, le programme du Pilier II est sous la loupe de l’Agence pour le développement agricole. En effet, ce dernier oeuvre à l’évaluation du programme d’appui au Pilier II du Plan Maroc vert (PMV). Ce programme vise l’insertion des agriculteurs et éleveurs vulnérables dans les filières d’avenir. Le programme d’appui du Pilier II du Plan Maroc Vert s’était donné un bon nombre d’objectifs. Il s’agit de faire profiter la population des agriculteurs ciblée des opportunités des marchés nationaux et internationaux. Egalement, le programme vise à obtenir une plus grande valeur ajoutée au sein des chaines de valeur.
