Candidates from CIHEAM member countries (Albania, Algeria, Egypt, France, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Malta, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey) may apply to CIHEAM Zaragoza for a scholarship. They will be awarded according to academic merit. Priority will be given to applicants from low, medium and medium-high income CIHEAM member countries according to the World Bank: Albania, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey.
There are two types of scholarship:
- Scholarships including the registration fee, intensive online Spanish course, a monthly payment of 700 euros and health insurance for Spain covering the academic period.
- Exemption from the payment of registration fees.
Candidates from Latin America may apply for a CIHEAM Zaragoza scholarship covering all or part of the registration fee and board and lodging expenses.
According to the agreement between INIA and CIHEAM Zaragoza, INIA may finance partial participation of students.
Spanish participants may request a scholarship from the Ministry of Education.
Participants of other nationalities that request funding may apply directly to other national or international institutions.
To be eligible for a renewal of an CIHEAM Zaragoza scholarship to participate in the second part of the Master, the student must have obtained an average score equal to or greater than 70 out of 100 in the first part of the Master.
